INTENCION PARA LA MISA

Offering A Mass

The Church considers the Mass the highest form of intercessory prayer because it is Christ who is continually offering himself to the Father through the Paschal Mystery (Life, Death, and Resurrection). It is a longstanding tradition in the Church that a Priest may be requested to offer a Mass for a specific intention, even when one cannot be physically present at the Mass. 

If you would like to offer a Mass for a deceased loved one or a special intention, call the Parish Office at (503) 285-4539 or click on “Add Mass Intention Request” below. 
NOTE: For a specific date, you will need to call the office first to confirm availability.

A suggested stipend of $10 is recommended.

Once the Mass Intention Request button is pushed, please click on “cart” at the top right corner of the screen to finish checking out and to pay the stipend.

Ofrecer una misa

La Iglesia considera la Misa como la forma más elevada de oración de intercesión, ya que es Cristo quien continuamente se ofrece al Padre a través del Misterio Pascual (Vida, Muerte y Resurrección). Es una tradición arraigada en la Iglesia solicitar a un sacerdote que celebre una Misa por una intención específica, incluso cuando no se pueda estar físicamente presente en la celebración.

Si desea ofrecer una Misa por un ser querido fallecido o por una intención especial, llame a la oficina parroquial al (503) 285-4539 o haga clic en "Add Mass Intention Request" (Solicitud de intención de Misa) más abajo.
NOTA: Para una fecha específica, deberá llamar primero a la oficina para confirmar la disponibilidad.
